Just returned from a one week stay at BigDisneyVilla. It's a really Amazing property. Everything is perfect: extra clean, fully equipped, comfortable. Fantastic cooking/serving/eating areas, great laundry facilities. Very private and quiet neighborhood. LOVE the pool and hot tub. Tons of comfortable beds, pillows, towels. Great location to all of the Disney Parks. Took approx. 25-30 min. My girls were really happy! Kerry is fantastic to communicate with and very responsive. Would strongly recommend this no hassle booking and stay for anyone!

We are just back from a 2 week stay in this fabulous villa. It has everything you need, is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool area and games room are great. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood and only a couple of minutes drive from restaurants and the Publix supermarket at Championsgate. 15 mins from Disney parks. It really felt like home. Highly recommend.

We stayed in this beautiful villa for a week last month, it was absolutely HUGE!! The whole villa was absolutely spotless, and was just like a home from home. It’s equipped with everything you could possibly need, and very well catered for children, my son loved the toys and Lego. The pool area was fantastic and got the sun most of the day, the area itself is very peaceful. Championsgate is less than a 5 minute drive away and has a supermarket/chemist/restaurants and drive through coffee for the mornings. The villa was a lot closer to Disney than I was expecting, especially after long days at the parks you were back to the villa in no time. The owners are lovely and Kerry was extremely helpful in the run up to our stay, answering all our questions. The management company were also excellent and phoned us on the first night to check we’d arrived ok and we were happy. I’d highly recommended staying here, we can’t wait to come back.

This was a beautifully kept and very modern spacious villa, it was spotless and the environment was very peaceful, I liked it so much I stayed in the villa more than going out lol. Everything was set out to give us homely and warm welcome.
Nothing was too much trouble for the management & owners who I’ve had contact with from day 1 of booking. The Disney touch dotted about the villa all added to make this a wonderful place to stay. We look forward to returning in the future. We would highly recommend at stay here.

Fantastic villa in a great location. The property is very spacious but has a real family feel to it. It is very well appointed and all family members are catered for. The villa is very close to Champions Gate which contains restaurants, take-aways and shops. Had no need to contact management company, but owners were very responsive to queries. We’d definitely book again!!

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at Big Disney Villa as a family group of 7 (5 adults and 2 kids). From the minute you open the door, it feels like home. The furnishings are of a high standard, the beds are extremely comfy and the kitchen is well equipped (the mickey waffle iron and toaster were used regularly!). Small touches such as the Halloween decorations, ample pool towels and inflatables make this villa extra special. It is on an extremely quiet neighbourhood yet close enough to the main attractions that they can all be reached easily. A good supermarket within 5 minutes and ample fast food places should you need them. Best place to stay for a family holiday to Orlando


The villa itself is decorated to a lovely standard and spotlessly clean. The community was well kept and although ungated, we never felt worried.

The house is as pictured . Very clean , spacious and comfortable . It was about 30 mins from the theme parks and airport . The neighbourhood is quiet and safe . The pool is fantastic , make sure to arrange for pool heat in advance if you are visiting in the winter months . Already planning to stay here again next year !

We spent 3 weeks in July in this gorgeous villa and can only say that this is one of the best villa's we booked in the last 13 years! It is beautifully furnished, every bedroom has a different decor and for one twin bedrooms we even had the choice of 3 different themed beddings. The master bedroom is massive with a lovely en-suite and walk in wardrobes. Everything in the villa is perfectly clean. Downstairs living areas are lovely to relax in after a busy day at the park. The pool is a nice size with a jacuzzi, our kids spent hours every day in it. Location is extremely conveniant to the Disney theme parks, takes about 20 mins to Disney. We had everything in the villa that you can desire for a family holiday in Florida and we are already thinking about booking the villa next year again. Loved it!

Big Disney villa is the perfect holiday villa for your Orlando family holiday. Accessible to everywhere and everything. It has everything you need and more, it’s spacious clean and each room is themed which is lovely. I couldn’t fault it in any way. Honestly perfect and id definitely come back. We had a lovely time at the Villa. Rooms are spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped with anything you could need. There are some good restaurant options in the local area - we enjoyed Keke’s and Longhorns, and it won’t be long before Ford’s Garage is open too.
The pool was clean and large, and a popular choice after a day in the parks!
Kerry is quick to respond to emails and was a pleasure to deal with.
Overall we had a fabulous holiday here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again should we return to Florida.

We were delighted when we arrived at this villa. Clean and huge with everything and more than you could ask for. Our 6 year old granddaughter loved the pool and the themed bedrooms and the games room. Lego was a huge hit! The villa is central for parks and also shopping.Kerry and Gary made sure we were settled and property manager Andy was available for any problems that may arise but there were none.
We would recommend this property to any guests.
Also we were there at start of Coronavirus when airports were closing and again Kerry called to ensure we were all ok and also to ensure we had accommodation if the worst happened. We got home safely and can say that we had an amazing time here. We look forward to returning when the world returns to normal.

Great 18 night stay in September. The villa was perfect for our group of six, loads of space with all the amenities you could need. The owners were fantastic prior to our visit, answering all our questions and upon asking if the villa had a full length mirror - one was installed in time for our visit! Amazing owners and villa, would definitely look at staying at Big Disney Villa on our next trip!

Just home from a wonderful 10 days in the gorgeous BigDisneyVilla!
Spotlessly clean, spacious and everything was well provided - kitchen items, towels, extra blankets for the beds and loads of pool toys for the kids!
My favourite part was the giant master bed and the spa that was actually hot! This is the first Florida villa we’ve ever found that has an actual hot tub / spa that’s properly HOT! It was sooo good after a long day out in Disney!
The location is perfect. We love Championsgate - great for eating and shops and so easy to get to Disney World.
The sofa and fab TV packages on offer were also fab for the adults to chill out on in the evenings.
Kerry has been amazing throughout our booking process and we’d not hesitate to recommend their beautiful villa!
We’d love to return in a few years!

Clean and well-equipped condo for week or longer. Families with kids will especially enjoy the pool, the Disney decor, themed rooms and many toys and recreational and pool equipment provided, game room in garage was great to have for rainy day or evening activity. Many pool towels on hand, kitchen fully stocked with all food prep requirements, washer dryer appears new and works well. Internet coverage strong and many amenities and restaurants and food nearby. Easy access to I-4 of course. Would recommend highly

Really enjoyed our stay over Christmas. Villa was in great condition, spacious rooms, fab pool and good location. We stayed with three young children and three adults and there was plenty of space. Kerry has been really helpful and it made a stress free stay. Would definitely stay again when we return to Orlando.

Lovely spacious well equipped home from home , in very pleasant residential area ,close to Disney parks and International Drive . Great sized pool , we didn't have it heated whilst we were there , but after the sun had been on it all day , it was a perfect temp for late afternoon , evening swims. The games room was fun for all of us , laundry facilities very handy and washer and dryer huge ! Comfy beds in all rooms , lovely bathrooms with plenty of towels available. And wow that cooker was huge didn't have time to cook a roast !! ,Very near to champions gate shopping mall area would highly recommend Publix as a well stocked supermarket. Thank you to Kerry and Gary , would love to stay again in the future.

Your lovely villa felt very homely, comfortable and was well equipped.
It is in the perfect position for access to all of the Disney and other parks.
The swimming pool was fantastic, including all of the inflatables and the jacuzzi . Our 6 year old Granddaughter absolutely loved it. We couldn’t keep her out, she will miss it lots.
Your home was everything you described in your advertising.

And Kerry, you have been so helpful and efficient through the whole time.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Big Disney Villa in June/July 2017. Kerry, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with at all stages. Her overriding concern was that whoever stays at her home has a great time. In all the times we have stayed at villas in the Orlando area we had never stayed near Championsgate, thinking it was a bit far away from the parks. It is definitely not. Using the I4 or the 429 was easy getting to wherever we wanted quick enough. Moreover, if I4 was busy, the nearby Lake Wilson Road was a good shortcut. All major supermarkets are close to hand. There are loads of good restaurants and takeaways in the vicinity.

The home itself has everything you would ever need. I have never seen as many towels, plates, cups, cutlery etc. in one villa. It is well laid out and well furnished. It is in a quiet residential estate with plenty of privacy at rear as it looks onto a wooded area. Though the large pool and spa is northwest facing we had the sun from morning until it set at night. When the sun does go down prepare for the entertainment of hearing the local wildlife calling to each other in the woods.

My son has stayed in 21 villas in the times he has been to Florida and he says Big Disney Villa is his favourite. Coming from Mr Fussy that sums it all up! We recommend you give it a try.

This is great house for families! It is big and clean and there is plenty to keep the kids busy! The bedrooms are very nice and have duvets with Disney carachters! The pool is nice and well maintained and there are toys and towels if you want to go to the beach. Host is very responsive and everything was perfect!

The villa is in an ideal location less than 15 mins away from the Disney parks. Publix supermarket and a great pizza and chinese takeaway less than 5 min drive. The villa itself is very spacious, light and airy and tastefully decorated. Very well equipped with everything that you could need, towels, crockery etc. Master bedroom is huge with a king bed and lovely en suite with bath and shower. then a walk -in closet. Three other double bedrooms with plenty of storage space, TV's in every room.Two indoor dining areas plus 2 lounges. Family lounge has a large flat screen smart TV. Games room was well equipped, with pool, air hockey, darts, and some board games. Outside was lovely, beautiful pool and spa in a very private setting. Plenty of seating and room to relax at the villa. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We enjoyed this large and comfortable Disney themed home. It is convenient for Orlando and Disneyworld and Sea World. The pool and hot tub are great. Its a short distance from Orlando airport and restaurants are nearby (including Starbucks!)
The house is very clean and comfortable with well thought out spaces. Decorations are welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet. There is a great game room. Everything was there that could be needed.

We stayed at the bigdisneyvilla for 2 weeks in july 2022.
We are a family of 4, 2(or is it 3 now!) adults and kids 18 and 12.
The kids loved the private pool and spent plenty of time in there. Lots of food options nearby with good access on to the i4 (or as my kids called it "the car park")
The Villa had everything you could need or want, with lots of space for everyone. Well appointed kitchen and most importantly for the kids, the Wifi worked perfectly

We stayed for 2 weeks at Easter & had the most wonderful time. The villa was so spacious (there was 8 of us!), the games room was fantastic & a firm favourite with our 4 boys.
It was clean & so well looked after, loved the Disney themes in kids room 😍
The location was excellent as we ate out every night, Champions Gate is just a 5 min drive & has loads of restaurants to choose from.
Kerry was so helpful and always went the extra mile.
Couldn’t fault it, 10 out of 10!!

Just returned from a great 2 week stay at BigDisneyVilla. Our group of 4 adults and 3 children (7,3 and 6 months) had everything we needed at the house. The location is great for getting to the parks and the house, pool and games room were perfect for relaxing and having fun. Any questions we had were answered quickly and everything from booking to getting into the property went smoothly. We wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

We spent three weeks at this villa in March 2017. It is exactly as depicted in the photos on their website! We had wonderful communication with Kerry. The villa is in a perfect quiet location just minutes from Disney and more golf courses than you can imagine. The pool is relatively private and a great place to relax after a long day of golf or shopping! Whatever minor issues that came up while we were there were promptly handled by the management company. I would highly recommend this vacation home to all!

We have just returned from spending 3 fabulous weeks at the villa. As per previous comments the villa has all the facilities to ensure a great stay. It is ideally located for all the Parks, tourist attractions and shopping malls and is only a 30 minutes drive from the airport. The local area has Public Supermarket and a variety of restaurants and take away options, we especially liked the Red Robin and the Italian.

​We also appreciated the owners contacting us via email to ensure that we were enjoying our stay.

Stayed at this lovely home for three weeks in July 2016. Villa is every bit as gorgeous as the pictures make out. In fact they don't do it a proper justice.

Plenty of space to relax after a hard day at the park and everything required for a perfect holiday. I was well impressed with the little touches, UK mains adapters, sat nav, luggage scales, lots and lots of towels...all the little things one forgets to take on holiday and usually has to buy again at Walmart. All to be found in the villa.

We recently stayed at the Big Disney Villa and we all absolutely loved it! The villa was spacious and clean, with a lovely pool area. We all enjoyed spotting the wildlife which included raccoons, armadillos and humming birds. The villa felt like a home away from home and had everything we could possibly need! The Disney pictures and ornaments were also a lovely touch! Kerry was very responsive to any queries or questions I had prior to our stay. We would recommend this villa to friends and family!

We stayed at BDV for the first two weeks of November 2022 and what a wonderful two weeks it was.
Home from home is a term often used but I don't think we have ever stayed anywhere else that has so aptly deserved 'home from home'. The villa is huge, clean, comfortable and has so many lovely finishing touches that makes it super special. It is so well stocked for families with plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, towels etc. Kerry and Gary have thought of absolutely everything families might need and have it right there for you. The villa itself is well placed with so much nearby or within easy reach. It's great to have the theme parks and tourist attractions easy to reach but, for us, it's just as great to have that bit of distance to switch off and relax away from them.
Kerry and Gary are lovely and it's plain to see that they genuinely want their guests to feel comfortable and enjoy their time there. All emails with questions of whatever pops in your head are answered promptly.
We had family on holiday nearby and added our grandchildren to stay for a couple of nights, they loved their time there too.....particularly time spent in the games room, pool and the Star Wars bedroom.
Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful villa. It has left us with some wonderful memories and we sincerely hope to return one day soon.

We had 28 nights in the big Disney villa and we couldn’t fault it from enquiring to booking Kerry was fantastic with lots of help and info and In touch regularly about our stay on the lead up
And on hand if we needed anything while we was there the villa was clean and fresh with plenty off towels etc a very well stocked kitchen the pool was lovely our kids had a ball
Very quite area with good access to all the parks and the Disney theme throughout the villa was a big hit with our girls
